The E1 & E2 Investor Visa

The E1 treaty trader and E2 treaty investor visa's allow entrepreneurs and business owners to setup physical operations in the US market and sponsor their own visa to operate their business from within the US. The E1 and E2 via program provides excellent opportunities to expand your business into the US.

The first step in the investor via program is to have the company incorporated. Once thats in place, investors must register their company with the E-Visa Unit at the U.S Embassy in the country they reside. To do this, you must submit supporting documents as described in our white paper and wait for a review by the Embassy E-Visa Unit. Once the review is complete, the E-Visa Unit will contact the treaty trader or treaty investor to arrange an interview date.
