2. Refer Clients
Step 2 once you have registered an account is to obtain your own unique referral code which you can share with prospective clients or you can use our back-office system to register companies and manage the formation.
3. Get Paid
Once you begin to form companies on our platform, you generate commission based revenue. Our automated payouts system allows you to add your bank details and get paid commissions in an automated process of payouts.

Each partner is given a unique partner referral coupon code that can be used at the point of order processing, either by the partner themselves while setting up a U.S. company for a white label experience or to be provided to partner clients looking to self serve and form a company on our platform.
Each company formed using a coupon code then tracks associated referral revenue which is then paid out to our partners on a monthly basis via our automated payouts platform directly to our partners bank account via automated ACH or wire transfer deposits.
All partner commission payouts are paid out in US$ (US Dollars) which may be converted into local currency equivalent at the time of deposit by your financial institution.
Our partner program is a way for like minded businesses to offer U.S. company formations to their clients and to generate revenue from doing so.
Generally speaking, one of our partner program team members will review your company information and website to determine if you are good fit.
